Dr. Viktoria Lantos-Kramis, LL.M. has an international legal qualification (Switzerland, Hungary, Germany and USA) with over 11 years’ experience acting as a lawyer and notary public. Since joining PST legal & consulting in April 2014, Dr. Lantos-Kramis has been advising internationally active private persons, companies and groups in all areas of commercial law with a focus on international and domestic corporate and contract law. M&A transactions, notarial and finance laws, immigration laws and international relocations connected with tax law issues also form part of her core competence. Dr. Lantos-Kramis advises our clients in German, English and Hungarian, on a professional level in both an advisory and forensic capacity.
